Covid-19 Protocols

The safety of our customers, employees and the public are of utmost importance to us and that is why we have taken proactive steps to ensure that we minimize the spread of this deadly virus with Bella’s Covid-19 Protocols.

The steps below are a combination of CDC guidelines, local and state regulations, and public health recommendations. We will continue to monitor and adjust these guidelines to ensure that our customers continue to receive the pre-covid white glove service that is synonymous with our brand.

Below are our Covid-19 protocols as businesses start to reopen and travel gradually resumes:

  • We are asking our chauffeurs to stay home if they are not feeling well.
  • We require all our chauffeurs to wear face coverings and highly recommend it for our passengers as well.
  • In attempts to limit contact, we recommend that passengers load and unload their own luggage. In cases where assistance is needed, the chauffeur will wear single use disposable gloves and assist accordingly.
  • Privacy dividers will remain closed for vehicles that have manufacturer installed partitions. Passengers that need aftermarket barriers on our sedans and SUVs can request those while making their reservations.
  • Commonly touched surfaces such as door frames, handles, windows, and seatbelts will be disinfected after each passenger exits the vehicle. Extensive interior and exterior detailing will be done after every shift.
  • We encourage our customers to prepay their trips with credit cards thus eliminating the need for in vehicle payment exchange.
  • We encourage our customers to postpone or cancel their reservations if they feel sick or are displaying any symptoms of the virus. We will accommodate such changes without any financial penalties.

We recognize that these are tough times with a lot of uncertainty. We will make our best efforts to ensure that we are flexible and accommodating to our loyal repeat customers and the new ones that we hope to acquire.
