These Transportation Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all reservations and transportation services provided by Bella Luxury Limousine (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed by Bella Luxury Limousine.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup times, locations, contact information, and event details.
2. Payments & Deposits
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation.

Payment methods are processed through secure third-party platforms.

Final balances must be paid prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Additional charges (overtime, damages, cleaning fees, etc.) may be billed after service.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on vehicle type, event type, and booking date.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking:

Cancellations made within 72 hours of service may be subject to partial or full charges.

Deposits may be non-refundable.

Special event bookings (weddings, proms, major holidays) may have stricter cancellation terms.
Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at booking.
4. Overtime & Waiting Time
Service time begins at the scheduled pickup time.
If service extends beyond the reserved timeframe:

Overtime will be billed in hourly increments (or applicable minimum increments).

Waiting time beyond agreed pickup windows may result in additional charges.
5. Passenger Conduct
Bella Luxury Limousine reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers:

Engage in illegal activity

Damage the vehicle
-
Exhibit unsafe, disruptive, or abusive behavior

Exceed vehicle passenger capacity
The primary renter is financially responsible for the conduct of all passengers.
6. Alcohol & Smoking Policy
Alcohol consumption is permitted only where allowed by law.

Passengers must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.

Bella Luxury Limousine reserves the right to request proof of age.

Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles unless otherwise specified.
Violation may result in cleaning or damage fees.
7. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees
The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during service, including but not limited to:

Interior damage

Excessive spills
-
Vomiting
-
Broken glass or equipment
Cleaning and repair fees will be assessed as necessary.
8. Safety & Delays
Bella Luxury Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by:

Traffic conditions
-
Weather
-
Road closures
-
Mechanical issues beyond reasonable control
-
Acts of nature
We prioritize passenger safety and reserve the right to modify routes or service in unsafe conditions.
9. Lost or Damaged Property
Bella Luxury Limousine is not responsible for items left in vehicles. While we will make reasonable efforts to return lost property, we are not liable for loss or damage.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella Luxury Limousine shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Missed flights or events due to delays outside our control

Customer-provided incorrect pickup information
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.
12. Third-Party Reservation Software
Reservations processed through Limo Anywhere or other third-party platforms are subject to their system functionality and security practices. Bella Luxury Limousine is not responsible for technical issues originating from third-party systems.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable state of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Modifications
Bella Luxury Limousine reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
